Shipment planning for cargo bought through XRT. We book tanker, container or reefer space with licensed carriers, match the routing to the agreed Incoterm, and track the cargo from load port to discharge. We do not sell freight or charters as a standalone product.

Direct sourcing from producers, refiners, packers and exporters, without broker chains. Suppliers are vetted for KYC/AML before they quote, and offers are compared on specification, origin, delivery window and landed cost.

Structured Trade Finance
Letter of credit and standby LC structures agreed per transaction and issued through the buyer's and seller's banks. Payment terms are matched to the cargo, the documents and the counterparty risk.

Quality Assurance & Inspection
Third-party inspection arranged with SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek. Covers pre-shipment inspection, load port sampling, and verification against contracted specs. Colombian coffee also passes Almacafé export control, with pre-shipment samples for the buyer's cupping.

Standard Procurement Flow
Client submits commodity spec, volume, INCOTERMS, and delivery window via secure RFQ portal.
Offers requested from KYC/AML-vetted producers, refiners and exporters.
Counterparty, sanctions, payment and route risk reviewed before an offer goes out.
Contract on agreed terms. LC or other payment terms agreed per deal.
Carrier space booked and export documents prepared for the load port.
Third-party inspection at load port. Vessel tracking to destination. Final document release.
